The farm train runs daily to Lake View Station starting at 11.00am.

Long regarded as one of the best features of our farm, the wonderful 15″ gauge miniature railway crosses the farm with a track which is over one mile in length. Visitors can disembark at the Lake View Station and look at the lovely scenery, relax and have picnics, whilst the children play on the new play area. 

The miniature railway is  operated by Austin Moss, who constructed the railway himself, laying all the track and making some of the engines and coaches in his workshop here at the farm. The train, which usually has a diesel locomotive, is run by Austin and his team of dedicated volunteers. Austin is always looking for helpers, so if you have a love of trains and a few hours to spare, please give him a call, here at the farm.
